What are the check-in and check-out times?

Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM local time. Standard check-out is at 11:00 AM. We kindly ask that you adhere to these times so our housekeeping team can prepare the rooms for the next guest.

  • Early Check-in: We may accommodate check-in between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM for an additional flat fee of $50 USD, subject to availability. Please call us the morning of your arrival to confirm availability.
  • Late Check-out: Late check-out (until 2:00 PM) is available for $75 USD. Check-outs requested after 2:00 PM will incur a charge equivalent to one full night's stay.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our policies vary based on the rate booked, so always refer to your specific booking confirmation.

  • Standard Flexible Rate: Full refund if canceled more than 48 hours prior to 3:00 PM local arrival time. Cancellations made within the 48-hour window will forfeit the cost of the first night plus tax.
  • Non-Refundable Rate: No refund is issued. However, if you notify us at least 7 days prior to arrival, we may offer a one-time date change credit (valid for 6 months).

Is there a resort fee or incidental charge?

Yes, a mandatory daily Resort Fee of $45 USD (plus tax) is applied per room, per night. This fee is mandatory and includes access to:

  • Premium high-speed Wi-Fi access (up to 5 devices).
  • 24-hour access to the fitness center and sauna.
  • Complimentary coffee and tea service in the lobby.

A security hold of $150 USD is also placed on your credit card for incidentals (mini-bar, room service) upon check-in. This hold is released upon check-out, typically within 5-7 business days, provided no incidental charges were incurred.

Do you offer airport shuttle service?
