🚀 Getting Started & Free Trial
Do I need to install any software?
No. Our platform is entirely cloud-based. You can access your account from anywhere using any major browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) as long as you have an internet connection.
What is included in the free trial?
We offer a [14-day] full-access free trial. During this period, you have unlimited access to all features of the [Pro/Business Plan] so you can fully evaluate if the product meets your needs.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No, no credit card is required for the trial. You only need to enter your payment details if you decide to upgrade to a paid plan after your trial ends.
What happens when my trial ends?
At the end of your trial, if you haven't upgraded, your account will automatically be downgraded to our [Free Tier / Read-only mode]. We will keep your data for [X days], during which you can subscribe at any time to restore full access.
💰 Pricing & Billing
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
We recommend annual billing. Paying annually typically saves you [10%-20%] compared to paying monthly—that’s essentially getting two months for free.
What payment methods do you accept?

What happens if I upgrade or downgrade my plan mid-cycle?
Our billing is prorated:
- Upgrades: You will be charged the difference for the remaining time in your billing cycle. New features are available immediately.

Do you have a refund policy?
We want you to be happy with our service. If you are not satisfied for any reason within [7-30] days of your initial payment, please contact support for a full refund—no questions asked.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Absolutely. A receipt is emailed to you after every payment. You can also download formal PDF invoices with your custom billing details (Company Name, Tax ID/VAT) from the "Billing" section of your dashboard.

Is my data secure?

Who owns my data? Can I export it?
