🔒 Account & Privacy

How do I delete my account and data?

We are committed to data privacy and fully comply with data deletion requests. You can easily delete your data directly within the app:

  1. Go to Settings (gear icon) in the main menu.
  2. Navigate to Account > Delete Account.
  3. Confirm your password or PIN to finalize the request.

This action will permanently remove all your personal data (logs, settings, stored media) from our servers immediately. This action cannot be undone.

Is the app free to use?

The ZenFlow app is free to download and includes a fully functional basic version.

  • Free Version: Access to our core features, including 5 free guided meditations and basic mood tracking.
  • ZenFlow Pro Subscription: Required for advanced features like offline mode, unlimited cloud storage, access to our full library of 500+ soundscapes, and priority customer support.

How do I change my profile information (email/username)?

You can update your display name and profile picture in the app via Settings > Profile. If you need to change the email address associated with your account, please contact our support team at [email protected] for a secure verification process.


🔧 Technical Support & Billing

I bought a subscription but the app still says I'm on the free plan.

This is a common sync issue between the app and the App Store/Google Play Store receipt validation system. Please try the following steps:

  1. Force Close the app and restart it.
  2. Go to the subscription screen and tap the "Restore Purchases" button found at the bottom.
  3. If the issue persists, please wait 15 minutes and try step 2 again. If you continue to see the free plan, please email us your receipt ID.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed directly by the platform (Apple or Google) where you made the purchase, not by us. We cannot cancel or refund subscriptions on your behalf.

  • iOS/App Store: Go to iPhone Settings > Tap Your Apple ID/Name > Subscriptions.
  • Android/Google Play: Open Google Play Store > Tap your Profile Icon > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.

Does the app work offline?

Yes! ZenFlow Pro users can download specific guided meditations and soundscapes to their device for offline use.

Your core data (mood logs, streaks) is stored locally on your device. Once you reconnect to the internet, your data will automatically sync to our secure cloud servers, ensuring you can access your history seamlessly across all your devices.

What are the minimum requirements to run the app?

To ensure the best experience, ZenFlow requires:

  • iOS: iOS 15 or newer.
  • Android: Android 10 or newer with at least 2GB of RAM.

Please ensure your operating system is up-to-date before reporting technical issues.
