Is your work covered by a warranty?
Yes. We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship:
- Labor Warranty: We offer a 3-year warranty on all labor and installation work, effective from the date of final project completion. This covers any failure due to faulty installation.
- Materials Warranty: Manufacturer warranties apply separately to materials and fixtures used. We ensure all materials we supply meet industry standards.
Are you licensed and insured?
Absolutely. Protecting your property and our team is non-negotiable.
- Licensing: We are fully licensed in the State of California (License #B-98765) and maintain all necessary local permits.
- Insurance: We carry comprehensive General Liability Insurance up to $2,000,000 USD to protect your property against accidental damage, and Workers' Compensation Insurance to protect our employees on your site. Proof of insurance and licensing is available upon request prior to signing any contract.
💰 Billing & Preparation
What are your payment terms?
Our payment schedule is based on the project size and duration:
- Large Projects (> $5,000): We require a 30% deposit upon contract signing to secure the booking and purchase necessary specialized materials. Subsequent payments are tied to specific milestones (e.g., 30% upon rough-in completion, 40% upon final completion).
- Small Projects (< $5,000): A 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining balance due immediately upon completion of the work.
Do I need to supply the materials?
Unless otherwise specified in the contract, we supply all necessary materials, fittings, and fixtures. We only use high-quality, professional-grade products covered by manufacturer warranties to ensure longevity and compliance with our labor warranty. If you prefer to supply certain items (e.g., a specific faucet or tile), please inform your project manager before the estimate is finalized.
