Is your advice medical advice?

NO. This is the most important distinction. We are certified Health and Wellness Coaches and CPT professionals, not medical doctors, registered dietitians (RDs), or therapists. Our programs are for educational, motivational, and accountability purposes only.

  • Action Required: Always consult your primary care physician or specialist before starting any new diet, fitness, supplement regimen, or intensive wellness program. Our advice is not a substitute for professional medical care.

Are my personal health records confidential?

Absolutely. We hold client confidentiality as paramount. All client information, session notes, progress tracking, and shared health data are kept strictly confidential and compliant with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) guidelines. We will never share your information, testimonials, or results without your explicit written consent.

How are virtual sessions conducted?

All virtual sessions are conducted via our secure, encrypted Zoom Healthcare account. This ensures that all communication and data exchanged during the session remain private and protected, adhering to our privacy commitments.


📅 Scheduling & Sessions

What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

Time is valuable for both parties. We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a one-on-one session without penalty.

  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.
  • No-Show: If you miss a scheduled appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee.

How should I prepare for my first coaching session?

To make the most of our initial meeting:

  1. Intake Form: Please complete the detailed Initial Client Intake Form sent to your email immediately upon booking. This helps us understand your goals, history, and current lifestyle challenges.
  2. Goals: Write down 3-5 specific, measurable goals you hope to achieve in the next 90 days.
  3. Space: Ensure you have a quiet, private space with reliable internet access for the video call.

Do you offer a guarantee of results?

We guarantee to provide you with the highest quality tools, strategies, personalized plans, and unwavering support available. However, results (whether weight loss, habit formation, or energy levels) depend entirely on your effort, dedication, and consistency. Therefore, we cannot legally or ethically guarantee specific physical outcomes (like losing 10 pounds or achieving a specific athletic target). We commit to supporting your commitment.
