🎮 NexLevel Games: Technical, Licensing, and Policy FAQs
Welcome to NexLevel Gaming. Before you dive into the action, please review our policies regarding technical compatibility, licensing usage, and our strict refund and conduct guidelines.
💻 Technical Requirements
What are the minimum system requirements for the game?
We strongly recommend reviewing the specifications before purchase. Please check the Requirements Tab on the specific game's product page for the latest CPU, GPU, and RAM demands.
Important Note: You must meet the minimum specifications to launch the game, and the recommended specifications for optimal performance. Refunds will not be issued if your system does not meet the published minimum requirements.
Can I play on multiple devices?
Your purchased license is linked to your NexLevel Account and allows installation on up to 3 personal computers simultaneously.
- Simultaneous Play: Simultaneous login and play across multiple devices is strictly prohibited and may result in a temporary account suspension for violating our security terms.
- Transferring: You can easily deactivate a device via your Account Settings if you need to transfer your license to a new computer.
How do I report a bug or technical issue?
If you encounter a game-breaking bug, please submit a detailed report via our [Bug Reporting Tool]. Providing details like your operating system, hardware specs, and a screenshot or video clip will help our development team resolve the issue faster.
🚫 Accounts & Refunds
What is your refund policy for games/licenses?
We adhere to standard industry practices for digital goods. We offer a full refund if both of the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date;
- AND the total playtime recorded on your account for that specific title is less than 2 hours.
Once you exceed these limits, or if the digital key has been redeemed through a third-party platform (like Steam or Epic), sales are final.
My account was banned. Can I appeal?
We take violations of our Terms of Service (TOS) seriously, particularly concerning cheating, severe toxicity, or harassment.
- Appeal Process: If you believe your account was banned in error, you may file an appeal by submitting a ticket via our Support Portal under the "Account & Ban Appeal" category.
- Review: All ban appeals are reviewed individually by our moderation and security team. Please provide all relevant evidence in your initial submission. Please note that evidence of cheating or exploitation may result in the decision being final and non-negotiable.
Is my game progress saved to the cloud?
Yes. All major single-player and multiplayer progress is automatically synchronized with the NexLevel Cloud. If you reinstall the game or switch devices, your progress will be restored upon login, provided you have a stable internet connection.
