What is the shelf life of your products?

Our shelf life varies by product, but general guidelines are:

  • Unopened: Our jars and sealed packages stay fresh for 6 to 12 months from the production date, which is clearly printed as the "Best By" date on the package label.
  • After Opening: For the best taste and quality, we recommend consuming the product within 2 to 4 weeks after opening.
  • Storage: Please store all unopened products in a cool, dry pantry away from direct sunlight. Once opened, please refrigerate immediately in an airtight container to maintain freshness.

Are your products suitable for specific diets (Vegan, Gluten-Free)?

Yes! We strive to offer transparent labeling to meet diverse dietary needs:

  • Vegan: Look for the green leaf icon on our packaging, which guarantees 100% plant-based ingredients.
  • Gluten-Free: Our Gluten-Free labeled products are produced in a separate, certified gluten-free facility. Other products may handle wheat, meaning cross-contamination is possible.

🧊 Shipping & Temperature Control

Will the product melt or spoil during shipping?

We take extreme care in shipping all perishables, especially sensitive items like cheeses and chilled sauces.

  • Temperature Control: During warmer months (May–September) or when shipping chilled items, we automatically ship with insulated liners and professional-grade ice packs designed to keep the internal temperature safe for up to 48 hours.
  • Delivery: Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, or arrange for it to be brought inside immediately upon delivery.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Because our products are often temperature-sensitive and perishable, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. We must use carriers (like FedEx or UPS) that require a physical street address to ensure the package is delivered promptly to a location where it won't be left sitting indefinitely in a non-temperature-controlled facility.


📦 Returns & Issues (Food Specific)

Can I return food items?

Due to strict food safety and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on consumable products, even if they are unopened. All sales are final once shipped.

What if I don't like the taste?

Taste is subjective, but your happiness is important! We offer a "First Try Guarantee" for all first-time flavor purchases. If you are trying a new flavor and genuinely do not enjoy it, email us at [email protected] within 30 days, and we will issue a store credit for the value of that item toward your next order.

My package arrived damaged/leaking. What now?

  1. Snap clear photos of the damaged box and the leaking or compromised product(s).
  2. Email the photos and your order number to us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. We will ship a replacement order immediately, free of charge.
