Welcome to the Tech Summit 2026! This section is designed to provide you with quick answers regarding your registration, what to expect on-site, and our policies on cancellations and digital access.

🎟️ Registration & Tickets

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes. We understand plans change. You can transfer your full ticket registration to a colleague or friend up to 48 hours before the event starts (i.e., by 9:00 AM on Monday, March 10th).

Procedure: Please email the new attendee's full name, job title, and email address to [email protected]. There is no fee for transferring a ticket.

What is the refund policy?

Our refund schedule is based on the proximity to the event date to allow us to finalize vendor and venue contracts:

More than 30 days out: Full refund of the ticket price.
14–30 days out: 50% refund.
Less than 14 days out: Tickets are non-refundable.

Note: Refunds cannot be issued for no-shows on the day of the event.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes! We encourage team attendance. Groups of 5 or more registrants receive a special 15% discount off the standard ticket price. Please contact our sales team at [email protected] before purchasing tickets to receive your unique, single-use promo code.

📍 Logistics (Physical Event)

Will the sessions be recorded?

Yes. All main stage keynotes and breakout track sessions will be professionally recorded.

Access: All confirmed ticket holders will receive exclusive, complimentary access to the Video on Demand (VOD) library via a private link sent to their registration email 3 days after the event concludes. This link will be active for 6 months.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code for the Tech Summit is Business Casual. We want you to be comfortable while maintaining a professional atmosphere for networking. We recommend wearing layers, as conference rooms can sometimes be chilly.

Are meals included?

Yes, your full conference ticket includes:

Continental breakfast each morning.
A catered lunch buffet daily (with vegetarian and gluten-free options clearly marked).
Free-flowing coffee, tea, and water throughout the day.
A complimentary networking happy hour in the main hall on the evening of Day 1.

Where is the venue located and is parking available?

The event is held at the Metro Convention Center, Hall B. On-site parking is available for a daily flat rate of $25 USD. We recommend taking public transport if possible, as the Convention Center is directly accessible via the [Subway Line Name] line.
